Mission Statement
The mission
of the Woodruff Community Center is to foster a spirit of community
that encourages residents of Southern Spartanburg County to live healthy and
empowered lives.
Events
After-school Program
Partnering with Woodruff District 4 Schools, the WCC will be able to strengthen the academic skills of selected students at WPS and WES starting in September 2009. If anyone is interested in volunteering with program please contact the WCC at 864.476.2256 or the District Office at 864.476.3186
Woodruff
Community Charity Golf Tournament
The 5th Annual Woodruff Community Classic Charity Golf Tournament will
be held at Three Pines Country Club on September 17th, 2010. Those
interested in participating should call Chris Henderson at 864.316.6971
WOW
(Women of Woodruff)
WOW (Women of Woodruff) WOW is a social group of local women who meet
every 3rd Tuesday at 9:30am until 12:00pm at the WCC and created/design
crafts, art, and even prepare chow- chow.

June 12th Piedmont Community Action, Inc, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
assisted the elderly, disabled, and low income eligible persons in the
Woodruff, Enoree, Moore, and Roebuck areas with their cooling bills.
Geraldine Cook the program coordinator reported that she was pleased
with the turn-out and many of those individuals were able to receive
help and other assistance.
Woodruff Community Center
is always recruiting volunteers. All interested people
